In Romania, we have local people who are selling lots of PCBs pulled out from laptop batteries after extracting the good cells. Do you have a local market where to look at ?

Also you can check on eBay, Aliexpress.

I read on this forum that this particular laptop battery chip (Bq30z551) burns out quickly. I don't know how to change the chip, so I want to buy a new board for the battery. I need over 1,000 pieces.
