Battery Lenovo E540 - L11M6Y01 chip - BQ20695A

Cells are allredy replaced
ori cells LGDAS31865 2200Mah and replaced cells -Sanyo NCR18650GA 3400Mah
3S 2P configuration
I have balanced cells and now i have 3V prepare for charging
what do i need to do to properly prepare the battery ?
what about the chemistry of other cells , the FCC , cycle count ?
The FCC,date and cycle count can change in NLBA but i don't know if it's correct with these chip or if i need to change the eeprom data.
please clarify

Cells are allredy replaced
New cells don't come with such voltage.

@torture i don't know if it's good, but i discharded them to 3V on a separate charger/discharger
