I understand the matter but in such times requests should not be approved so that we don't commit the repair to clients.

This chip is handled by Remote Server. Ask a customer to bring a battery later on.

me dont have any instruction that remote reset service is suspended. Anyway this chip is not supported. All remote reset services is not included in license price, so not guaranteed. They are optional, done in free time only and free of charge.
