Hi, i hava this lenovo battery Lenovo L21M3PF0 - Chip BQ40Z697A TI V5.01 , it from a brand new, never used laptop. I test it and it was locked, becasuse one cell was less than 3000mv, it was stored for a long time.
I charge the cell, and the can unseal, and unlock it. But I don't have output led, it can't be charged or discharged.
Can some one help me with that one please?
Charge Cell 2 to same level like other cells. Because there is big unbalance.
@djibattworkshop Hi I balance the cell 2 but still having the same problem. Now I try to unseal, it start fast and goes to 50%, then it goes slow and stuck at 99%
After a few minutes it shows
Error while unsealing the chip. Code = 6
is there something i can try?
Chip is not locked, because PFF is zero and Charge and Discharge MOSFETs are active.
Inspect the fuse on the pcb.
Thanks, the fail is in the fuse, its need to be replaced? or just i can remove it and solder the pads?
