I have recelled, and updated FCC.
When charging battery remaining capacity was rising normally, but when battery was charged instead of being equal to FCC it set to around half of FCC. (1266mAH instead of 2500 mah) while before getting copletely charged remaining capacity was higher (around 2300 mah)
It looks like chip firmware bug.
Cells are fully charged but RSoC is just 51% on the picture.
Set 16800 on BatInfo page, press PowerOn and wait until it reachs 100.
I have already done this, without success. It seems like when cells get to full charge RSoC sets to 51% instead of 100%
send this command
RBL 37
It seems like when cells get to full charge RSoC sets to 51% instead of 100
So it is chip firmware bug.
Lenovo officially confirmed it in service letter.
They also released battery firmware update utility to fix the issue.
It could be downloaded from Lenovo support website
@djibattworkshop Thanks for the info. I do not have the laptop, I will tell the customer to do it by himself. In case I get the battery back again I will save corrected EEPROM
send me also dump from your battery to check differences
found some eeproms from this battery, try it one by one and check if the issue persists
