the cells was down so i opened the the battery and pre-charged them after that i tired to unlocked the battery
but i notice that when the present pin is connected the machine, the unsealing process could not work but when disconnected from the machine ,the unsealing process will show successful but above that ,after reading EEPROM and clearing ERROWS the cell is still locked
and i have checked the fuse it is in a good condition.
please i need support

Its correct. Check Manufacture Name. Battery produced by Samsung and this is their safety feature - untill battery is inserted in laptop noone could unseal it to make changes to safety settings. Sometimes hackers trying to get access to battery charging and safety profiles to make dirty things with it, so that feature prevent this attack vector. Only authorised personnel in workshop could reprogram the battery.

This chip is not supported. You should attach the dump here to fix it.
please somebody should help me because i have like four of this battery with the same issue
