Help please, The chip BQ20ZXXX does not read the EEPROM. I need to reset it but it has error code 21.

1. Your cells are over discharged. Precharge them to 3000mV
2. You unsealed the chip, then sealed then you tried to read eeprom. Of course it is not possible to read EEPROM when chip is sealed. You must Unseal then Read EEPROM.
