Why do you send WW 00 0021 command ?

Do you understand the meaning of it ?.. 

@djibattworkshop I supposed that chip is unsealed and to open fet I sent this cmd but chip was actually not unsealed by unsealed chip tab

By sending this command you would have actually disabled them. 

This is not BQ20ZXX family. 

Here you have IT toggling.

 You sent commands in chaotic order without understanding their purpose. 

first two commands actually do nothing. 

third command SoftReset the chip, it also Seal the chip in background. 

forth command you trying to Clear PFF, but chip already sealed so it makes no sense. 

Fifth command is Gauge Enable with Toggle feature. Having in view chip was sealed it was ignored by the chip. Otherwise it would disable Gauging and Mosfets and cause new issues to the battery like no charging and no discharging. 

Me strongly recommend you to get familiar with Technical Reference Manual where all commands are well explained.
