[remote reset] hp np03xl BQ30Z551 TI V1.16

Unable to read voltage properly, it is showing 0v when all the cells are charged and balanced 3,8v.

Fuse is ok.

Here, no cell voltage reading but right temperature is showing.

 Chip is in cyclic reset due to AFE failure. It could not be unsealed remotely. This issue was described many times on the forum
