1. When uploading screenshots use NLBA dedicated screenshot button so whole software window can be shown.
2. Temperature reading is -127C which probably means that you have damaged the temp probe during dissasembly and this can be the main reason why chip is locked.
3. Cells have 80mv deviation which is not normal for new cells. Are they brand new or used cells form another battery pack? What brand/model are they?
4. This chip is not supported by NLBA reset licence. If you have have EV2300 chip can be reset via remote session but you first you have to fix points 2 & 3.
Maybe a bug from my side but I always use the photo icon on the software.
By the way, I'm still waiting for remote sessions.
First fix the deviation between the cells and post updated screenshot.
Is your EV2300 genuine or china clone. There is a big chance to brick the chip if using clone.
Post here your Whatsapp or Viber number so i can contact you in my free time for remote session.
Since your cells are not new manufacturer date, cycle count and fcc will not be reprogrammed.
Can you please tell us how to check cells voltages in your screenshot?
@torture looks like me snapshot button isn't working well.
- I don't know how to fix it.
