The Remote Reset is just a service offered by us in our free time, it is a benefit for customers. It is not presented "as included" on the product page.

Of course we are working to add support for as many chips as possible, but this is not so simple, it will take some time.

Yes, that I understand. That's why I asked if there is any estimation (plan to add support in near future) or should I just scrap those batteries for some time.

I have a locked Lenovo T470 01AV424 battery using a BQ40Z696A IC. The current NLBA version does not seem to support this chip. Can anyone able to unseal chip remotely?
