It's reading 11134mvolt but, individual cell says 0v, fuse is good.

What do you want to reset?

Yes, cells voltages on some Renesas chip firmwares (mostly Sony) can't be interpreted correcly.
Is this this the only issue?
I charged it externally and tested capacity with electronic load =3400mah .
Nlba1 on recharge tab shows amps growing but at stated before, no cells readings.
But still not charge on laptop with original charger.

This is probably laptop motherboard or charger problem.
