Hello.
after replacing the cells and resetting the errors, there is no voltage at the battery output.
the fuse is correct. alternately closing two free contacts to minus does not change the situation.

 No need to connect free contacts to ground on this battery

 Try to reflash this dump, if there is no voltage on battery connector, check the fuse and recover it in proper way

between the near legs resistance 0. between the far end resistance 20 ohm

no output voltage
