battery is locked, cells need to replaced.

before I replacing the cells, does this chip support remote reset?
When you replace the cells try to reset this chip using NLBA1 plugin, select manually bq40z5xx group.
tried manually bq40z5xx. but still locked

Why in the last image is it selected BQ30ZXXX while you are asking for BQ40Z453 ?
Post an updated picture with the first tab (all parameters) and paste here the log from the Reset tab (after reading SBS -> Unseal -> Chip Info).
