[Solved] Sunwoda x300 with chip BQ20Z70 TI V1.60 unlocked but not working

I have recelled, I could unseal, clean errors, change cycles, but led is still off, but fuse is OK. 
This battery was working previously so I suspect mosfet problem, how can I confirm that?

Fuse is an old style two pin fuse, I replaced with a silver wire 8A fuse. 

Voltages on mosfets are those on the picture:

 Impedance Tracking is Off so no Charging and Discharging.

 Reprogramming procedure was not followed correctly. 

 Unseal the chip then send WW 00 0021 command. Then Seal chip back.
