So it is protections chip. It does not have communication port.
Check other side of pcb.

Check the datasheet of S8254AB chip.
It does not have communication port.
This battery does not have SMBus, so NLBA1 cannot communicate with it.

It looks battery has i2c communication.
If you have laptop, download NirSoft BatteryInfoView software. Run it and paste picture.
Also paste better picture of this area to check if communication port is marked on the pcb.

this batt have 4 cell
It is 3S2P battery, so 6cells totally.
Nominal 11.55 so 3.85v per cell.
Max Charge is 13.20 so 4.40v per cell.
