cell were discharged with FCC 1353 and MaxError 30%. after precharging and resetting, ran calibration cycle which increased FCC to 1643 while real capacity was 2543.

ran a second cycle which increased the FCC to 1694 only where real capacity this time was 2482

what may be the reason for FCC remaining less than real

is this little IR difference causing this effect?

how to correct this issue otherwise?

The cells high internal resistance also has an affect to it but moslty this is happening because of the EMF/EDV values written in the firmware.

You are measuring the cells capacity while discharging them to 3.0v but the chip is programmed to consider them depleted at around 3.5-3.4v

So the extra capacity that is measured from 3.5-3.4 until 3.0v is not calculated at all.

You can update the values with Sanyo tools. But even if you do change it it will not have much effect because you have a weak cell in the pack.

At the end of discharge there is 380mv delta between cells 2-3.
