Hello,
I just received and started setting up the battery tester but I’m having a problem with the battery tester software. It appears to install properly. It never asks for a password nor was one provided like in the installation instructions. When I got to run the application I get this message:
Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.
Then the .exe disappears from the folder.
Some insight would be appreciated, thanks.
I think your antivirus is causing that.
