Windows and antivirus avast delete nlba analyser executables

Hello. Today i launch nlba, the software ask update so i launch it but the file was remove by windows and avast and now i can't launch nlba and when i want ro download the file to reinstall on website the file was delete. I have forced avast and windows but when install another tmp file delete because trojan, impossible to install nlba again. Do you have a solution ?
