Can.t find the pinout on the device pinout section

Findind the pinout for any battery is very easy. Just follow chapter 7 in NLBA user manual.

I have tired but i couldn't find it nor get any reading even on power on and the reason why is complicating is because of this

and the too many colours of wire in the battery connector 

please help me out with the right  pinout
