What is the chip?

Make a photo of both sides of the PCB.

please if you mean what was writing on the fuse cover surface

i think i might have damage the cover a little bit with  a hot iron when i was trying to solder this connector

 so i can hardly see what was writing on the surface especially the first letter

 but from what  i could see ,

what was writing on it is  either (O6SA 12AA9A )OR ( D6SA 12AA9A )

please help me in any way you could

This is a well known Renesas chip and it's SMBbus compatible so you should have no problems reading from it.

Try connecting 

-1,C2,D3,+7

What are the cells voltages.

i  will get back to you with result of data perimeter on the on screen once i get the reading

and i detached it and  charge it to this extent

 and here is the reading

 and i kind of fixed the fuse cause i  didn't get any reading for the first time i used the pinout you gave me ,so but after i fixed  the fuse i got reading and the device also indicate that the third cell is low which is while i disconnected the third cell from the PCB and pre charged it and connected it back

so now am having issues in unlocking it ,

cause the  chip is not supported ,so i selected a family chip and continued 

but unsealing process was showed error 

reading EEPROM also showed error

please help me

The chip is not supported by NLBA reset licence!

Most Toshiba batteries have SP pin that must be connected to ground to enable charge discharge.

Try to connect the remaining 3 wires one by one to see if Charging Voltage & Charging Current values will appear.

 i just tired connecting the three re

mining wires ,one by one ,but nothing happened

no output led ,battery still locked 

please what should i do next

In that case the chip is locked and nothing can be done.

please there is a topic about  HP (bo03xl) i having issues of  showed zero on the screen ,while  there's a volt in the battery on a Manuel reading with a multimeter .

  i dropped that have reach up to a day and 

but no body have replied me up till now , please i need a reply
