Clock & data connections can be found here you will also need ground connection point from PCB and you should be able to establish comunication with cells connected to PCB.

By the way do you know what type of cells it uses? Lipo pouch cells or standart 18650?

Please take close up photos of the 2 chips so they can be identified.

Try to connect carefully clock, data and gnd to NLBA1 and see if you can read parameters. Note that you need to supply power to the board using the cells, I mean the cells have to be connected to the board.

Your chip is BQ34z100 which has I2C interface instead of SMBus as in laptop batteries. How many batteries do you have ? It can be done by our colleague who is an expert in repairing DJI batteries but currently, he cannot do it because he is living in Ukraine. Now Ukraine is attacked by Russia and he stopped working.
