Smbus port marked as GND, I2C_SCL, I2C_SDA. 

Battery preferably to be Swithed Off by push-button to avoid interference with msp430 mcu which serves as main bus master.

Connect Nlba1 Vbat wire to Pack+ on pcb, and wake-up the chip using "Power On" button.

Cell 1 shows 8v, have you properly connected balancing cable? 

@djibattworkshop yes, they are connected ok, but there is something strange, the pcb was getting hot, I disconnected B1- and still from B1- to B1 on PCB voltage is 9v. 

Such big difference between CV1 and CV2 readings means lose of connection from one of these cells to chip. If balancing connector inserted Ok, then the reason could be on cells connection board. Every cell has its own thin printed line to connector. They should be inspected with magnifying glass for damages. 

 Relating heating the board, disconnect everything from the PCB. Wait Pcb to cool down. Then connect B-, balancing connector and B+. Check if board continue heating.

Which chip is there ? Please note that today we have just released version 3.6.0 which is able to work with most of DJI batteries but it will require a different license (DJI license) which will be created in the next few days.
