I need to know if the V that comes out of the NLBA is connected to which of these contacts for when I need to give it voltage? Thank you.

Connect it to P+
B+ is the Battery Positive – directly connected to the battery cell.
P+ is the Power Output Positive – used for connecting the load or charger, usually protected by the BMS.
