Hello, I have this Phantom 4 battery that the software and NLBA say is not locked, but it doesn't turn on or give any signal, and its voltage is fine (I also tried reset + GND on the board). In no case do the battery lights come on.

Hi, this battery won't turn on. I've already bridged GND and RESET, and also RESET and NEGATIVE. The NLBA says it's not locked, but it's not showing any signs of life. What could it be?

Thanks

Battery is controlled by Texas Instruments MSP430 chip. It is responsable for communication with drone, push-button control, LED level indication, authentication, DTS feature and so on.

If battery does not respond to push-button and neither LED is lit it means MCU chip or its circuitry is faulty.

@tracker135n9 Hi, perfect, I figured that was the problem.
Thank you very much.
