@djibattworkshop Yes I have the TI BQ3055 Reference Manual, it's 190 pages but full of good info especially this tidbit :
I'll keep you informed of my progress. I cannot thank you enough !!!!!!

As you could see Qmax Cell1,2,3,4, Qmax Pack and EDV2 parameters should also be reprogrammed to let the chip calculate capacity correctly. Otherwise old values of previous cells would be used what will confuse the gauge on charge percentage calculation.
p.s.
keep in mind 1:2 convert ratio for all Qmax values
@djibattworkshop Finally after a year and a half, today I am able to unseal the BQ3055 chip on a Autel BMS Printed Circuit Board and read the DATA FLASH area with BQStudio. Here are the paramters :
I am trying to reprogram it to reflect the DJI Lipos taken from a brand new DJI Phantom 3 Battery with the Autel PCB. See Pic :
I am not getting the Flight Time I'd like about 16 - 18 minutes, I only get abot 10 minutes. The DJI Phantom 3 is rated 4500 mah and the Autel is rated 4900 mah. If flight time is approx 20 minutes for a good Autel battery then if I use DJI Pahantom 3 Lipos I should get about (4500/4900 = .92 x 20 minutes = 18.37 minutes if i reprogram the Data Flash with the right settings. Am I wrong on this assumption. Note : I am not an Electrical Engineer, I know I am getting close to solving this problem. Could you point out some suggestions. Many Thanks.
I only get abot 10 minutes
Could you paste flight log with cells voltages and RSoC plot ?..
On Dji drones it could be got by exporting flight data to app.airdata.com website.
You could refer the wiki how to export it on Autel battery.
I don't know how to do that but I'll look into it. Many Thanks.....
Follow this tutorial

Then logs could be exported to Autel Cloud and reviewed on the logs analyzing platforms like Airdata.

Can I do this on a Autel Xstar Premium drone and Android app ? Looks like it might be for the EVO drone and APP. I will look into this further on Xstar Premium.
Hi @thomasmfazekas, were you able to get the Ti chip updated to work with the new battery pack? I'd like to try the same thing with my drone's worn out battery.
Thanks
Okay, it's been awhile. I recently purchased 4 DJI Phantom3 Pro 4400mah vs. 4900mah for Autel Xstar batteries Lipos from a vender in China and mounted them to an Autel Xstar Premium battery electronics board with a TI BQ3055 BMS chip. I have not flown it yet but other battery reworks have only netted me about 10 minutes of flight time before the drone lands. You mention changing some values to fix this. Therefore, I have enclosed all pics relating to the values reported by NIP Embedded Software and TI BQStudio. Could you look these over and give some advice on what values to change? Many Thanks.........
Which charger did you use to charge rebuilt battery mod ?..
Autel charger can not charge Dji P3 cells fully because they have different chemistry. It has 16.8v output voltage and is intended to charge 4.20v LiPo cells while you have installed 4.35v LiHv cells instead. It is one of the reason why battery runtime is just 10 minutes.
We already discussed this aspect in past. Probably you missed it.
Use Dji P3 charger which has 17.4v output to fully charge the battery. Also reprogram the chip accordingly otherwise it will not allow to fully charge new cells.
