No, Nlba1 could not charge two batteries at the same time.
If you need to charge another battery it could be done using Lab Power Supply.

It is more convenient to have 2 x NLBA1 devices instead of one NLBA device with 2 channels, the implementation is very expensive, almost everything has to be doubled, so it won't be cheaper than 2 x NLBA1s.
