complaining of temperature in reset

hi, i have issue with this hp battery mg04xl, the parameters showed the temperature but the reset tab is complaining of it . and the chip is 30z55. will it work by remote setting without fixing the temperature issue.

Did you try manually select the chip type under Reset tab ?

no, bcos the reset tab is say that the temperature is not right and moreover the chip is 30z55 and nlba did not support it accept it been don true remote setting. so what should i do now

The battery has completely lost communication not only temperature but all values are 0!

You need to check your connections.
