If you want to get actual battery capacity, then run full Calibration cycle. So Charge to Full then Discharge to 3.2v per cell by 0.6a. Consider relaxation periods.
Then chip will update the capacity.
Hello friend, Please look at the Cell 3
voltage is 0.
Open the battery and charge the cells 3 alone upto reach to other cells voltage. Charging current should be between 100ma to 300ma.
Then check, hope your problem will solve.

There is no cell#3 !
Look first at designed parameters like The battery Voltage!

@batfix yeah i got it. I didn't read the previous post of this forum. I deleted my answer .sorry to all
My opinion that battery is pretty good.
Ummm... he is getting 7 mAh
7mAh was the capacity discharged over 20 seconds. The capacity is measured in real time.
I'm still skeptical, as on second snapshot the number is 42 mAh after 4+ minutes 🧐
Lets Make NLBA Great ! Together.
First screenshot was made under 2.0a load while second under 0.6a load. Accordingly passed charge is different.
Even under 2.0a load cells deviation is only 2mV!
Which is excellent indicator.
Is it clear now how Real Capacity is measured ?
