Have you connected SP pin to ground?
Go to Smbus tab and send these commands
Register 0x37 ReadBlock
Register 0x43 ReadBlock
Register 0x50 ReadBlock
@djibattworkshop yes it was the issue of system present pin, but its charging upto 2%on nlb and when calibrating it says relaxing, when i plug the battery to the laptop it says 100% and when i remove charger it switches off
