Acer AS10D5E chip unknown - low charging current

charging current is very low. chip is not detected. can chip be confirmed by commands without opening?

 MAX1787 is not supported

 The only way to adjust Charge Current on this chip is to use MAXIM Tools or to bring a battery to workshop who has a license for this software.

 There is official MAXIM Tools which is distributed by MAXIM Integrated Co. to their corporate customers along with programmer adapter. A request should be send directly to their support team with good base explaining why these tools are required. 

 There are alternative tools also designed by third-party vendors. Due to forum rules direct link could not be provided in public. But it could be shared in private or easy Googled on web.
