After recell this battery with new 4.2V 2200mAh cell, and when we made errors cleaning the battery had be unlocking (NLBA device led power on and the charging voltage and current shownig )but just few second it will be locked(NLBA device led power off , cherging voltage and current come back to 0 value).I checked the fuse , it is good .Where
can be the pb please?
Press read chip info and check what is PF status.
If fuse is 4 legs type remove the black cap and post close up photo.
So chip is indeed locked.
So was the fuse blown before?
Can you try again to clear PF now that the fuse is restored.
I thinked that thé fuse Can bé thé pb, for this ibmade this jumper.the pb still After resoring fuse.the chip unlocked and After 3_4 second Come back locking.i note that i found the costumer try to clean thé glue- UP thé pcb- thé place between two MOSFET, and hé cut its legs.so i made soldring it afin and thé pb still.i asked him if hé truy others way and hé tell me that hé made short jump between pack+ and connector +(hé see a vidéo ).
The short is not safe at all. It is like you won't have the BMS, it is absolutely not allowed.
Even with the bridge between vp & connector + the battery will not charge because cc & cv are 0.
You have a hadrware problem on the PCB and it was probably caused by the customer.

A damaged/shorted mosfet can cause the chip to go to PF state.
I think you should focus your attention there.
Here is what you can try if you have a hot air staion, remove both mosfets and clear PF again.
If they are the problem the battery should stay unlocked.
