How to read data from which chip, can anyone tell me?

😐 I tried to short the contact Sys (it has 2.72 volts) with a 1 kilohm resistor, but it doesn't do anything... There is still voltage near the positive contact (3.05 volts)...

I think these two contacts /tp97 1d2/ but it's not exact
