Actually, these two batteries are installed on the same laptop Lenovo T460s
It could explain why they resides on different bus addresses and why 0x36 was introduced.

Theoretically its possible. But it require redesign of Remote Server tools.

both reading and unlocking(of course demo will not unlock, i just gave reference to read at different address)

bqEVSW and bqStudio are battery designers tools. They were developed for engineers who design new battery packs from the scratch. Basically they not intended to repair or reset the batteries for two main reasons
- Battery Packs considered not-servicable and not-repairable product by design. According to product concept, in case of any fault they should be utilized to recycle bin and replaced with new battery
- Each Pack protected with password to prevent unauthorised access to monitoring chip and shipped from factory in Sealed state. Neither bqEVSW nor bqStudio could know that password to Unseal the chip. It should be first used third party solutions to Unseal the chip. Then unlocking will be possible using the command from datasheet, provided that datasheet is available, as many chips are custom designed and no documentation is provided by maker.

About reading only, TI tools allow to change smbus address as well. One should use Pro Tab or Advanced Communication to do that.

From what me know we not provide any links on the forum to that software.
In the future I will add support for this chip that uses a different address.
support added i guess. but EV2300 smbus address is written there. can we read with NLBA device at these addresses? and can we also reset such batteries?

NLBA1 does not support this feature yet. A new firmware is needed to add this feature.
