THIS BATTERY BACKUP VERY LOW ONLY 10MIN BACKUP IS IT CELL ISSUE PLS REPLAY

FCC is very low and this is the reason.
Strange because the battery is only 2 years old and 156 cycles.
Is it a genuine battery or china replacement?

You can measure the real capacity during Discharging or during Calibration. It is shown on top of the graph for Discharging and on bottom of page in case of Calibration.
