Why you want to change cycle count?

Yes, you are right, cells are poor. But note, a chip reset will not improve the cells. Nothing can improve worn cells, it is a chemical usage. You must replace the cells with same type as original.

Yes, the cycle count can be changed. Just go to the Reset Tab -> press New Reset -> read SBS -> select the chip family -> Unseal -> Write Data (ManufacturerDate, Cycle count).
Note that we recommend to change cycle count and date only when you replace the cells with new ones, otherwise it is considered fraud.
