Hi,

I am new using the NLBA1

upon watching videos, i was able to connect the battery and read the battery info

cells are balanced and locked,
please advice how to unlock and increase the health

this i tried the steps from the video no luck

When i do test this is the result

Refer to battery pinout and connect System Present pin to ground.
