Dear Sir, is there any adapter/tool available to read the i2C interface (the battery PCB)? Although I have EV2400 with an i2C interface not working.
ev2300 and ev2400 could be used along with bqEVSW and bqStudio to work with Texas Instruments i2c gas gauges.

which battery are you trying to read ?..
What chip it uses ?..
This battery has AFE chip and external i2c 24C0x eeprom. Neither bqEVSW nor bqStudio support this chipset. If you have laptop you could try to read battery parameters using NirSoft Battery InfoView software.
@djibattworkshop Unfortunately not have...is there any volts present on D and C pins? or can we verify using meter?
It should be no volts on D and C but you could check it with diode meter. Content of 24c0x eeprom could be read by CH341a programmer. Sometimes if is possible to do via battery connector but not on all batteries.
