Dear sir @torture I have re cell HS04 4-Cell battery having 4.2v and 1600mAh each cell. There is a edited dump required to make battery function well.

Cells have 60mv difference new cells should not have such issues.

1. Balance them.

2. Charge the battery to 60-70% SOC and post a screeenshot from cells check tab.

Cell is new but has tested resistance in 40mOhm state of charge and wiring resistance was also added
