HP ME03XL BQ30Z551 FWV1.16 Locked, Temperture negative and cells showing zero zero.

Hello Admin, please help and provide solution to this challenge am having now with this battery. I have tried and  balance the cells, but access to unlock the battery was denied due to the above reasons. I need your responses please, am new here.

Chip is defective and must be replaced and reflashed with dump from identical working battery.

This is a common fault on HP batteries with this chip.

@torture  but I don't have the dump from identical battery. Please can you guide or give me direction on what to do.
