is it possible to reset remotely i have ev2300 programmer.

the batteries already have the cells replaced and are put together, is it necessary?

 It is necessary to check bq8030a firmware, because it could be Sony or Sanyo on Lenovo batteries but only Sanyo is supported. 

 Basing on your pictures it is Sanyo, so it could be reset by Nlba1 software. 

 Renesas 51f51 with LGC firmware is not supported.

 If you have subscription it could be unlocked using Nlba1 software and ev2300 adapter.
