it is possible to change the measurement value of the internal resistance of the chip. I mean that the chip takes a higher value to indicate that the internal resistance is good, for example if a battery shows 65 mhoms and the battery chip says bad, instead recognize that value as good .. regards

its is very interesting to understand IR of the batterie's but the question is : if i get the IR value how can i decide if it battery are healthy or not ???
is there any stander or chart for reference
i am using the YR1035+ for IR testing

there is no standard for resistances
YR1035 uses AC method which has nothing to do with DC used by device

Detailed explanation is complex and goes outside of NLBA1 device support scope. You need to learn a theory behind these two methods to understand how it works. It could be find in Google.
