[Solved] Lenovo 42T4791 With Bq8030A SOC Stops at 91% After new Cell added 2800mAh 3.7v

@torture Sir, I am trying to charge it but it stops at 91%

It's pulse charging.

You must wait intill the battery reaches 100% SOC.

@torture customer is complaining that it is not happening on his laptop. Please check the dump to verify that the battery program is correct.

of course this battery could not be charged properly. Do you see how big is cells unbalance ?..

Cell 1 reached 4265mV, Cell 2 reached 4276mV and chip stop charging to protect a cells from overcharge and damage because their maximum charge voltage is 12600 / 3 = 4200. 

There is nothing to check in the dump. You need first to learn how lithium cells work in series connection and dont ignore cells unbalance.
