it is not original

 Genuine battery was in production from 2011 to 2013. But your battery was produced in 2019. 

 This is example from original battery. 

 Also Manufacture Data is different. On genuine battery it should start from 7600 token which is not the case on your picture. 

 So your battery is aftermarket copy and has another chip. You could open a plastic enclosure and make a picture of the pcb.

I told you that the battery is not original read well

 It should be explained in the very first post and not to confuse support team. 

 NLBA1 does not support not original batteries that's why it could not be fixed.
