I could reset with NLBA , reprogramm with EV2300 , but FCC remains low.
which kind of cells did you installed, LiPo or LiHv ?..
In this case LiPO 3,7 V ( I first installed 2800 mAh, now I have 3200mAh, in case you have not done it yet, change capacity to 3200)
this battery originally uses 3,7 lipo cells
now I also could change to 3200 mAH with no problem and also changed chemistry id

Battery is cold, 14.75 *C, so charge current is reduced.

cells get charged only to 4100mv, they never get to 4200mv as they are supposed to
This is how Pack Maker programmed the chip. Also check what is laptop charge settings. Some vendors allow custom charge levels to prolong cells service.
