2:i Check Cell There show YOUR Sell is Poor Health.

3:When Im Check Battery Health 51% So i need to change new Cell or What.

BQ8030 with Sanyo is well known for slow charging near 100%. So, I recommend you repeat calibration, and leave the battery for charging overnight.
