Because SP pin is still not connected.

@torture I didn't understand same wiring didn't work earlier and now it is working after 2 hr from my last post. I only plug the connector again to nlba device. Any how its working now. May be the SP wire loose

replace or repair SP wire, check solder connection under shrink tube
