after replacing a good fuse, when clearing the error, the output led light from NLBA box flashes and cut off and still in lock status.

What is this Frankenstein fuse and how do you expect it to work?  Shock

It must be properly restored or replaced!

@torture

I did the restoring method provided from the link by applying solder on it and as well as replacing with another  working one.
unfortunately it doesn’t works as well, similarly the output light flashed and off.
the reason why I use the jumper wire is when replacing the fuse I damage a few of it, by using jumper wire it can test out easily without damaging the fuse. I’m sure fuse pin 1&3 fuse continuity is there and pin 2&3 heater resistance is there as well.
Results all the same.

photo previously.

Posting a previous photo before you started the repair makes no sense and can't help you in any way.
