Dji air 2s battery is dead but every cell voltege above 3.8v .when i try to conect for read data yallow curser(in NBLA reading curser) was stuck not show any data.

Set external voltage to 11000 on BatInfo page and press Power On button. Then read all parameters.

Apply 9...12v to Pack connector from external power supply.
