I found One cell in a DJI Mavic Air (first one), for the first time I removed the dead battery and replaced it with a new one. Now all 3 cells show roughly over 3.5V each but once plugged in to laptop and NLBA1 software, I have plugged into the right pins, nothing shows (I already bought licence). Am I missing somethin as I am learning, when removing one cell then welding a new one, should I have done something else?
Yes. Wake up the chip by pressing Power On button. Everytime cells are disconnected chip goes into hibernation state.
Connect battery to ev2300 then measure the voltages on SCL and SDA pins.
Ok. Connect battery to ev2400 then measure the voltages on SCL and SDA pins.
OK, I'm sorry to waste your time, but not sure how to do this, I'm not good at electronics. I have the ev2400, NLBA1 software with DJI licence to take them out of hibernation, and dupont jumper wires, that's it. I can reopen the battery if its easier. But all cells when measured using a volt meter each show above 3.5V.
PCB has hardware fault because it could not be read. There are two options to repair the battery.
1. Replace the Pcb
2. Repair the Pcb
Thanks, I will search to see how to repair PCB or where to get a PCB. Thanks again as always.
